Tonight's dinner brought to you by the letters F & E

  So for dinner tonight I made (yes I cook) feta cheese stuffed chicken stuffed with marinara sauce (sorry Tania it was pre-made sauce(and sorry for the excessive use of parentheses)), Israeli lemon couscous and corn. Preteen, starch, and a vegetable, the perfect meal. Yes I got everything from Fresh & Easy (my new favorite store) and yes the chicken was prepared and all I had to do is toss it in the oven. But in my defense I have made some great stuffed chicken blue cheese bacon and spinach, I was just feeling lazy tonight.

 

The cool thing about fresh and easy is they sell item in small, fresh portions, and reasonably priced. They also make everything in twos, so its perfect for a couple. Or for a single guy who needs one more reminder he is alone, I guess ill just eat both pieces of chicken, there small anyway's.
